The wholegrains used in Holle Porridges are in an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The goodness of the grain is gently unlocked with heat and moisture ready for your baby’s growing body. Using the wholegrain means we can retain the most nutrients so that your baby can thrive.

When to start: from 6 months

Attributes: contains gluten-free, unsweetened, milk free, stool softening, easily digestible

Quality: Biodynamic (Demeter)

Preparation: Multiple use – as a milk porridge, dairy free porridge or with any infant formula. We recommend: Prepare infant formula and add your favorite Holle wholegrain Porridge.
- Always prepare fresh food. Do not use leftovers.

Possible preparations after the 6th month:

Preparation with infant formula:
Prepare 170 ml of infant formula according to the age of your baby, following the instructions on the packaging (or on our Homepage) of the infant formula. Give mixed formula in a bowl and stir in 18g Holle Organic 3-Grain Porridge (about 3-4 tablespoons). Let the mixture swell and wait until it cools down to consumption temperature (approx. 37 ° C) - done.

Half-milk porridge
Boil 100ml milk and 100ml water and wait until both cools down to about 50 ° C. Give both fluids in a dish and stir in 25g Holle Organic 3-Grain Porridge (about 5 tablespoons). Let the mixture swell and wait until it cools down to consumption temperature (approx. 37 ° C) - done.

Preparation with breast milk
Stir 25g Holle Organic 3-Grain Porridge (about 5 tablespoons) into 130ml warm milk - that's all.
Warning: In order to preserve the valuable nutrients you do not heat the milk above 40 ° C.

Milk-free porridge
Boil 200 ml of water and wait until it cools down to about 50 ° C. Add 25g Holle Organic 3-Grain Porridge (about 5 tablespoons) and mix it with 1 teaspoon of Holle Organic Oil Supplement for Infants and Children until the desired consistency is reached - done.

Free Milk Cereal with fruits or vegetables
Mix 10 g of Holle Organic 3-Grain Porridge (about 2 tablespoons) with 100 g fresh pureed fruit and 1 teaspoon Holle Organic Oil Supplement for Infants and Children. Add water (boiled, 50 ° C) if necessary. Alternatively use 160g of warm vegetable purée and add 2 teaspoons of the Holle Organic Oil Supplement for Infants and Children.

Follow milk porridge
Boil 150 ml of water and wait until the mixture cools down to about 50 ° C. Use 5 measuring spoons of Holle Organic Follow-on Formula 2 and then 18 g of Holle Organic 3-Grain Porridge (3-4 tablespoons) stir - done. After the 10th Month you can also use Holle Organic Infant Follow-on Formula 3 for the preparation of the Follow milk porridge.

1 tablespoon Holle Organic 3-Grain Porridge = 5g / 1 teaspoon Holle Organic Oil Supplement for Infants and Children = 4g
